The process is extremely easy.  Simply click the link below to register with E-Therapy Cafe.  While completing your registration, when asked to, "Choose Your Plan" near the bottom, be sure to select, "ETCTrial".  Then in the last section that asks, "How Did You Find Us?" be sure to put, "Demons Behind Me" in the box.  This will ensure your sessions are covered.
